The evidence for social selling is very strong, but also very easy to misinterpret.
Do not, for a second, assume that social selling initiatives WILL simply usher in new sales into your business. Social selling tools and techniques are really only as good as the salesperson making use of them.
If you ask a lot of people what they think about social selling, you’d be surprised at the amount of people who refuse to believe it can be successful.
If your social selling strategy isn’t working, it’s probably not because of the strategy… It’s probably because your salespeople aren’t fully invested in the process.
